Why can't I do it?

Your class may be starting in a few days or you may be trying to get an early start preparing your courses for next quarter. The problem is that you do not see the course you are teaching in your course list. There are a couple of reasons why this would happen.

Courses are generally created three weeks before the quarter starts, and should be available to you at that time. If it is more that three weeks before the quarter starts, then your course has likely not been created yet.
Occasionally, the instructor does not get automatically assigned to their course. This can happen when an instructor is assigned to teach a course after the course is created or when there are other last minute changes to the schedule.

How do I fix it?

If you are missing one of your courses and the quarter is starting in less than three weeks, contact eLearning with the name and item number of the course you are teaching. We will confirm that you are the Instructor of Record and then assign you as the teacher in the course.
